Waterstone Direct Wholesale Lending is a full service wholesale provider of mortgage capital to small and mid sized banks and qualified mortgage bankers. We offer traditional mortgage programs as well as a full suite of true portfolio programs and private mortgage banking products. Our goal is to provide small banks and mortgage bankers with the proper tools and exceptional pricing that usually comes with a large mortgage banking operation. The capital required to adequately staff and operate a full scale mortgage banking operation prohibits many smaller organizations from offering these products. We can help bridge that gap by providing the necessary support and backoffice functions to your institution. We’ve created a program designed for companies and financial institutions that want to offer mortgage loans to their customers but don’t want to become a full scale mortgage lender.
